Qilenso
Summary
Qilenso is a washed coffee from the Guji region of Ethiopia, produced by 550-600 smallholder farmers who deliver cherries to the Qilenso washing station. The lot is Grade 1, featuring varieties Bourbon, Typica, and Ethiopian Heirloom. Grown at 1900-2000 meters above sea level, this coffee offers a flavour profile of grape jelly and lemongrass tea. Roasted as an omni roast, it is suitable for both filter and espresso brewing.
