A woman-led microlot from Paola Trujillo's Patio Bonito farm in Cauca, Colombia. This 100% Wush Wush variety, believed to have arrived from Ethiopia about 25 years ago, is processed with a 30-hour underwater fermentation before pulping. Notes of raspberry, yellow peach, and fanta. Roasted omni for both filter and espresso.
