The variety is Ethiosar, a cross between Ethiopian and Sarchimor, processed using the Pulped Natural method. Flavour notes include candied mandarin, treacle, hazelnut, and a fizzy finish. Roasted as an omni roast, suitable for both filter and espresso brewing.
