Summary
A washed Pacas coffee from Gloria Imelda Portillo De Diaz's farm Los Guachipilines in Chalatenango, El Salvador, grown at 1360m. The lot offers notes of grape, toffee and vanilla. Gloria, with over 30 years in coffee, joined Caravela's PECA program in 2016, improving quality. The farm is 70% Pacas, 20% Catuai, 10% Pacamara. Harvested June 2022, processed with a 12-18 hour fermentation and dried on African beds for 15-20 days.
