Summary
This washed Red Gesha from Jardines del Eden farm in Quindio, Colombia, is produced by Felipe Arcila of Cofinet. Grown at 1700-1900m, it offers a clean, floral, and structured cup with notes of musk stick, jasmine, and ripe white peach. The lot underwent 30 hours of underwater fermentation before being pulped and dried for ~183 hours. Roasted as an omni roast, it is suitable for both filter and espresso brewing.
