A microlot of Yellow Gesha from the Jardines del Eden farm in Quindio, Colombia, owned by Cofinet and produced by Felipe Arcila. Grown at 1700-1900m, processed using a natural method with dry aerobic fermentation and Grainpro bag fermentation. Offers delicate floral and citrus notes of orange blossom, lemongrass, and passion fruit. Roasted as an omni roast suitable for both filter and espresso.
