Summary
A special preparation lot from the Halo Beriti washing station in Gedeb, Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. Produced by 750 smallholder farmers who deliver cherry to the station, where repeated hand-sorting ensures only perfect cherries are processed. Washed process, Ethiopian Heirloom varieties. Flavour notes of Fanta, mandarin, and Earl Grey. Roasted as an omni roast, suitable for both filter and espresso.
