A washed coffee from the Gichugu Coffee Factory in Embu, Kenya, grown at 1680m on volcanic soils near Mt Kenya. Varieties are SL28 and SL34. Processed using the wet method with fermentation and raised drying tables. Flavour notes include lime, grapefruit, and blackcurrant. Roasted omni for both espresso and filter.
