Gato is a washed Ethiopian coffee from the Gato Cooperative in the Agaro region of Jimma, grown at 2000m above sea level by 400 local smallholders in the rainforest. This lot 3 selection features Ethiopian Heirloom varieties and offers flavours of mandarin, bergamot, and lemon sherbet. Roasted as an omni roast, it is designed for both espresso and filter brewing.
