This washed Ethiopian coffee comes from the Gigesa washing station in the Guji zone, Shakisso woreda. It is produced by Testi Coffee as part of their Premium Cherry Selection program. The coffee is mostly made up of local landrace varieties Kurume and Wolisho. It has a medium body and low acidity, with floral notes and flavours of toffee and chocolate. The coffee is roasted for espresso and is best enjoyed black.
