It is produced by the Ela Tenacha Coffee washing station, established by Ashebir and Ashenafi in 2021. The coffee is 100% Kurume variety, processed with a wet fermentation method. Flavour notes include red apple, grape, plum, and violet. Roasted as an omni roast, suitable for both espresso and filter brewing.
