El Salvador El Valle is a small lot of Bourbon and Typica varieties from producer Antonio Raís, grown at 1500m in La Palma, Alotepec Metapán. Processed as red honey and dried on raised beds with 50% shade, it offers flavours of apple, honeydew melon, and brown sugar. Roasted as an omni roast, it is suitable for both espresso and filter brewing.
