A washed Colombian coffee from the Tolima region, produced by over 50 smallholder members of the Association of Specialty Coffee Growers of Alto Saldana in Herrera. Grown at 1500-1900m, this Caturra variety offers a flavour profile of red grape, orange, and toffee. Roasted specifically for espresso, it is best enjoyed black.
