Summary
A natural processed Gesha from El Salvador, produced by Emilio López Díaz at his farm El Manzano in the Santa Ana region. Grown at 1300-1550 meters above sea level, this coffee offers delicate yet punchy flavours of strawberry, grape, and purple Hubba Bubba. The cherries are hand-picked, naturally fermented, and dried on raised beds. Roasted omni for both espresso and filter brewing.
