Summary
This Ethiopian coffee from the Duwancho washing station in Sidama is produced by 10 smallholder farmers. It features the 74148 variety, an Ethiopian Heirloom subvariety catalogued by JARC. Grown at 1900-2150m, it undergoes a traditional washed process with a 48-hour fermentation. The cup is complex with notes of yellow peach, apricot, elderflower, and lemon myrtle. Roasted as an omni roast, suitable for both filter and espresso.
