A Colombian coffee from producer Javier Quintero, grown in Inza, Cauca at 1800-2000 meters above sea level. This very special unknown variety, discovered in Inza and similar to Bourbon Aruzi, offers notes of yellow fruits, blackberry, caramel, and florals. Processed using a washed method with a 30-hour underwater fermentation. Roasted as an omni roast suitable for both espresso and filter brewing.
