Colombian coffee from producer Carlos Imbachi and Yolanda Samboni, grown at Finca Buenavista in San Agustin at 1800m. Pink Bourbon variety, washed process. Flavour notes of pear, jasmine, and sugarcane. Roasted omni for both filter and espresso. Awarded Coffee of the Year by the SCAA in 2009.
