A washed Ethiopian coffee from the Yirgacheffe region, produced by about 500 smallholder farmers and processed at the Huke Washing Mill. The lot is 100% of the JARC-catalogued variety 74148, a classified Ethiopian heirloom subvariety. It offers a fruity, multi-layered cup with notes of orange blossom, apricot, and honeydew melon. Grown at 2100 meters above sea level and graded Grade 1, this coffee is roasted omni for both filter and espresso brewing.
