A washed coffee from the Sidama region of Ethiopia, produced by 725 independent outgrowers and processed at the Ayla Washing Station. Varieties include 74112 and 74110. Grown at 1950-2050 meters above sea level. Flavour notes of apricot, jasmine, and bergamot. Roasted as an omni roast suitable for both espresso and filter brewing.
