Arsosala
Summary
This Ethiopian coffee comes from the Arsosala washing station in the Guji region, serving about 1,200 smallholder producers. Grown at 1800-1900 meters above sea level, it is a washed Heirloom variety lot with notes of white peach, jasmine, and bergamot. The cherries are de-pulped the same day, fermented overnight, washed, and dried on raised beds. The special preparation includes an extra hand-sorting step to ensure only the ripest cherries are used.
