Summary
A washed coffee from the Arsosala washing station in Guji, Ethiopia, produced by about 1,200 smallholder farmers. The lot is specially prepared with thorough hand-sorting of ripe cherries and seeds throughout processing. Varieties are Typica and Bourbon, though these are local Ethiopian cultivars. Flavour notes include mandarin, peach, and jasmine. Grown at 1800 meters above sea level.
