Supriyanto is a rare Laurina (Bourbon Pointu) coffee grown on the slopes of Mount Suket in the Ijen highlands of East Java, Indonesia. Farmer Supriyanto cultivates this naturally low-caffeine variety at 1,700 metres. The lot was fermented anaerobically for 120 hours and dried as a natural. The cup is surprisingly clear and elegant for an anaerobic coffee, with notes of pineapple, guava and orange.
