Sinfonia Blend

Summary

Sinfonia Blend is an espresso blend from Brazil and Guatemala. The Brazilian component (Cemorrado community lot from Cerrado & Mogiana) is dry processed, while the Guatemalan component (Green Valleys of the Chorti from Olapa, Esquipulas, Chiquimula and Oriente) is washed. Varieties include Bourbon, Catuaí, Mundo Novo, Acaia and Catucai. The Guatemalan coffee is grown by smallholder farmers at 1,500-1,700 meters on volcanic soils. Flavor profile features milk chocolate and hazelnut with low acidity, full body and creamy mouthfeel. Suitable for Meraki espresso machines and delivered with an NFC chip.
