Sinfonia

Summary

Sinfonia is an espresso blend from Brazil and Guatemala, composed of washed-processed Bourbon and Catuaí varieties from Guatemala and Mundo Novo and Catuaí varieties from Brazil. The coffee offers flavour notes of milk chocolate, hazelnut, cocoa and blackberries, with a creamy-sweet, full-bodied profile and low acidity. Grown at altitudes between 1,500 and 1,700 meters in the Cerrado & Mogiana regions of Brazil and the Olapa, Esquipulas, Chiquimula and Oriente regions of Guatemala.
