Summary
A rare Sidra Bourbon microlot from Finca Quebraditas in Oporapa, Huila, Colombia, farmed by Edinson Argote and Angela Rojas at up to 1850m elevation. Processed with 48-hour anaerobic fermentation followed by a Thermal Shock Washed method, resulting in a complex flavour profile with notes of elderflower, mango, white blossom, peach, grape, muscat, and white tea. A limited edition filter coffee roast with a creamy texture, medium body, medium-high sweetness, and a long aftertaste.
