Sidra is a rare single-origin filter coffee from Finca Quebraditas in Oporapa, Huila, Colombia, produced by Edinson Ardote and Angela Rojas. Grown at up to 1,850 meters, this Sidra Bourbon variety undergoes 48 hours of anaerobic fermentation followed by a Thermal Shock Washed process. The cup profile features elderflower, mango, white blossom, peach, and floral notes with a creamy texture and long finish. Roasted as a filter coffee.
