Novum Ristretto is an espresso blend of 100% Arabica coffee from Peru (Cajamarca), Ethiopia (Sidamo) and Kenya. The Ethiopian component includes the indigenous varieties Kurume, Dega and Wolisho. The Kenyan beans are washed and grown at over 1500 meters. Flavour notes of dark forest berries and chocolate. Packaged in compostable wood-fibre capsules for Nespresso systems. Suitable as ristretto or espresso. Gently roasted by hand in Berlin.
