Novum is a signature espresso blend from Röststätte, combining single-origin coffees from Ethiopia (Sidamo region), Kenya, and Guatemala. The blend includes varieties Bourbon, Catuaí, SL28, Heirloom, Kurume, Dega, and Wolisho. Coffees are washed processed, grown at altitudes between 1500–1700 meters. The flavor profile is fruity and complex with intense aromas of black currant, dark chocolate, dark forest berries, pomelo, nougat, red currant, marzipan, and molasses. It offers balanced acidity with medium sweetness and a juicy, fresh texture.
