A single-origin espresso from Brazil's Fazenda Guariroba, located in the Campo das Vertentes region of Minas Gerais at over 1,200 meters altitude. Grown by Gabriel Vieira on a Cup of Excellence farm, this Yellow Catucaí variety is processed as Natural Anaerobic with 76 hours in fermentation tanks and 30 days on African beds. With an SCA score of 88, it offers a flavour profile of dark chocolate, orange zest, marmalade and an invigorating bitter note reminiscent of a Negroni cocktail. Suitable for both filter and espresso preparation.
