Grown at up to 1,850 meters altitude, this 100% Arabica Pink Bourbon microlot undergoes a thermal shock washed process. The coffee offers tasting notes of mango, watermelon, and grapefruit with medium sweetness, medium-high body, silky texture, and long aftertaste. Roasted by hand in Berlin by Ivo Weller.
