Guji Jasper Espresso
Summary
Guji Jasper Espresso is a limited edition Reserve Coffee from Ethiopia's Guji region, sourced through Project Origin's Guji Washing Station. It is a 100% Arabica coffee processed using Carbonic Maceration (CM), a controlled fermentation method where whole coffee cherries are fermented in oxygen-free tanks. The flavour profile features notes of red wine, fruit tea, rose hip, pickled plums, goji berries, and spices. It has a velvety, silky texture with medium-high sweetness, medium acidity, and medium bitterness. Roasted by Ivo Weller at Röststätte Berlin.
