Gotiti (filter)
Summary
A naturally processed filter coffee from smallholder farmers in the Gotiti village of Gedeb, in the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia. The coffee is of the Heirloom variety, grown at altitudes between 1950 and 2000 meters, and processed using the natural method with drying on African beds over several weeks. It offers a complex flavor profile with notes of wildberry, plum, vanilla, bergamot, raspberry, melon, cream, and cardamom, with a silky texture and medium-high body.
