El Tropical is a single-origin filter coffee from Finca Quebraditas in Oporapa, Huila, Colombia, grown by producers Edinson Argote and Angela Rojas at altitudes up to 1850 meters. It features the rare Pink Bourbon variety, processed using the Thermal Shock Washed method. The coffee presents flavours of papaya, watermelon, and strawberry with a silky medium body, medium-high sweetness, and a long aftertaste.
