El Paraiso is a limited edition espresso from Finca El Paraiso in Cauca, Colombia. This single-origin Castillo lot is processed using natural anaerobic fermentation. It presents flavours of mango, papaya, yellow fruits, wine, spice, brown sugar, cocoa and cabernet grape, with a fine acidity reminiscent of Cabernet. Roasted by Röststätte in Berlin.
