El Paraiso is a single-origin coffee from Finca El Paraiso in the Cauca region of Colombia. The Castillo variety undergoes natural anaerobic processing, resulting in a complex profile with notes of yellow fruits, white wine, spices, and cinnamon. It offers a high body, medium-high sweetness, floral texture, and a long, intense aftertaste. This reserve microlot is lightly roasted and intended for filter brewing.
