Rockhopper is a micro roastery on the West Sussex coast, started in Bognor Regis in 2022 and since moved to a bigger space in Littlehampton. The lineup is single origins from across the growing world, picked so there's something that works whatever your brew method — plus a decaf that isn't an afterthought. There's no café; they roast for home drinkers and wholesale accounts, and run a Coffee of the Month subscription if you'd rather someone else did the choosing. Small outfit, specialty grade, no pretence.
