The Governor

Summary

The Governor is a blend of Brazil and Uganda coffees. The Brazil component is sourced from Daterra farm in the Cerrado region, produced by Patricia Coelho in the Mogiana region of São Paulo, grown at 1150-1250 masl, Acaia variety, processed as Natural. The coffee offers flavour notes of chocolate, almond, and shortbread with a smooth chocolate sweetness and almond-like nuttiness. It is well-rounded, mild and chocolatey, suitable for any brew method (cafetière, filter, espresso) and enjoyable with or without milk.
