A single-origin coffee from Hacienda Sajonia estate in the El Diablo-Datanli natural reserve, high in the mountains between Matagalpa and Jinotega, Nicaragua. Grown at 1,245–1,580 metres above sea level. The coffee is of the Javanica variety, a rare Typica-related variety unique to Nicaragua. It is Strictly High Grown (SHG) and certified by Rainforest Alliance. The cupping score is 85.6. Flavour profile includes orchard fruits, sweet honeydew melon, oranges, and brown sugar, with a full body and light acidity. Suitable for both espresso and filter brewing.
