Summary
Vietnam Lang Biang Double washed is a 100% Arabica specialty coffee from the Dalat, Lac Duong, Lang Biang region of Vietnam, grown by Slovak farmer and exporter Marián Takáč. Varieties include Catimor, Bourbon, Typica and Caturra. Processed by the double washed method: after pulping, beans ferment for 36 hours in water, then are washed and soaked in clean water for 24 hours, yielding a very clean and complex cup. Light roasted with a cupping score of 85.5, it has a medium body and flavours of apple, lemon and black tea. Suitable for espresso and filter.
