Limekiln Espresso
Summary
Limekiln Espresso is a blend of coffees from Central and South America, processed using both natural and washed methods. The blend features Bourbon, Heirloom, Red Bourbon, and Typica varieties grown at 1400-2100 MASL. Roasted to a medium-light level, it offers a bright, well-balanced profile with a smooth body and notes of chocolate, avoiding excess acidity. Suitable for espresso, cafetiere, Aeropress, and filter brewing methods. This blend won a 2023 Great Taste award from the Guild of Fine Food.
