The coffee is produced by the CAFECO cooperative, managed by multiple-time Cup of Excellence winner Jose Arguello. Varieties include Typica, Bourbon, and Caturra (organic certified). The coffee undergoes a washed process followed by mountain water decaffeination. Flavour notes include white grapes, orange marmalade, and maple water.
