Summary
Peru Neyra Chininin is a washed coffee from the Alto Ihuamaca region in San Ignacio, Cajamarca, Peru. Produced by Clever Neyra Chininin on a small 1.5-hectare farm, the coffee includes Gesha, Bourbon, Caturra, and Catuai varieties grown at 1550 meters above sea level. The washed process involves 24-36 hours of fermentation and slow drying over 10-12 days. Flavor notes include orange blossom, pear, honey, citrus acidity, silky body, and a toffee finish. A 2025 lot scored 88 points.
