Grown at 1650-1850 meters above sea level, this lot features Caturra, Catuaí, and Típica varieties. The coffee undergoes controlled fermentation of 24-36 hours and slow drying in glass-covered patios, resulting in a clean and balanced cup with bright acidity and notes of brown sugar, chamomile, and honey, with a silky body.
