Summary

This limited edition coffee comes from Finca Santa Cruz, located in Chiapas El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve, Mexico. Produced by the Argüello family since 2025, this Geisha variety undergoes washed processing. Pepe Argüello selectively breeds Geisha by hand-selecting seeds from the sweetest trees. The farm was revived in 2013 and achieved first place in the Cup of Excellence in both washed and natural categories. Tasting notes include jasmine, apricot, lemon, and a silky texture. Suitable for both espresso (1:2.5 ratio) and filter (1:16 ratio) brewing.
