Summary

A limited Geisha honey-processed coffee from Finca Santa Cruz in Chiapas, Mexico, produced by the Argüello family. Located in El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve, the farm was revived in 2013 and ranked among Mexico's top Cup of Excellence producers by 2019. Pepe Argüello selectively breeds Geisha by taste-testing cherries and selecting seeds from the sweetest trees. This lot took first place in Cup of Excellence in both washed and natural categories. Tasting notes include jasmine, mandarin, red grape, and silky texture.
