This coffee comes from Finca Santa Cruz, located in Chiapas' El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve in Mexico. Originally founded in 1956, the farm was revived in 2013 by the Argüello family. The lot consists of Typica and Bourbon varieties, processed using the washed method with pristine spring water from the mountains. The coffee offers flavour notes of almond, caramel, and citrus with vibrant citric acidity. The farm ranked among Mexico's top three producers in the 2019 Cup of Excellence.
