The coffee is fermented in tanks with citrus peel before being fully washed and slowly dried over 3 weeks. Flavour notes include mandarin, apricot, lemongrass, tangerine, and delicate florals. The farm sits at high elevation with dense rainforest canopy and is planted exclusively with Geisha variety.
