This coffee from Mi Finquita, the small farm project of Ratibor Jr. and Tessie Hartmann in Panama's Chiriqui region, is made from Typica variety beans processed using the natural method. The Hartmann family have been pioneers of specialty coffee in Panama for four generations. This lot produces bold, juicy flavours of ripe fruit including mango, plum, cherry, and red apple. Suitable for both espresso and filter brewing.
