Summary

The Hartmann family are pioneers of specialty coffee in Panama. Mi Finquita ('my small farm'), located near Los Pozos in Chiriqui, was established by Ratibor Hartmann Jr. and his wife Tessie to further develop the specialty coffee sector. This traditionally processed Washed Geisha is produced in small lots yielding approximately 45kg of green coffee per lot, allowing for frequent processing refinements. The cup presents sparkling, floral, apricot, and orange candy notes with vibrant citrus character. Suitable for both espresso and filter brewing.
