The Garrido family has been cultivating coffee in Boquete, Panama since 1959. Mama Cata farm, established in 1911, is one of Boquete's oldest coffee farms. This Geisha lot was grown on the Toña section, the highest part of the farm, which produces their best coffees. Processed as an Aerobic Natural, where coffee cherries are dried with fruit and skin intact in a temperature-controlled room. Tasting notes include floral, bergamot, mango, and elegant.
